Terms & Conditions – GRIMISDALE GUEST HOUSE, LEVERBURGH

1. Booking & Payment

   • A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks before arrival.

2. Cancellations

   • Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before arrival will receive a refund (minus any non-refundable deposit).

   • Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

   • We strongly recommend that all guests take out holiday insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, as no refunds will be issued without the required notice. Our ferries and weather can be unpredictable so please make sure you are covered. 

3. Arrival & Departure

   • Check-in is from 4PM, and check-out is by 10AM. Please respect these times to allow us to prepare for incoming guests.

4. Use of Property

   • The property is to be used for holiday purposes only and by the named guests on the booking.

   • Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property and its contents. Any damages or breakages must be reported and may be charged.

5. Liability

   • The owners accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to guests, their belongings, or vehicles during their stay.

6. House Rules

   • No smoking inside the property.

   • No parties or events without prior consent.

   • Please respect neighbours and the peaceful environment of the Outer Hebrides.
